Adding minerals back to distilled water!

Distilled Water = Dead Water?

Distilled water is the most purified water, meaning distilled water contains no particles, no extra anything in the water. Just pure H2O. Some people call this dead water because it contains no living or organic mineral. In fact it does not even contain any inorganic mineral either.

What is wrong with dead water?

We are living beings. We eat and drink living things. While our body do need a few dead minerals like iron, most of the minerals and nutrients our body needs are organic ones.  Drinking distilled water means it will not enrich our body with any nutrients.  However it will cleanse our body which is one of the major purpose of drinking water, to purify our body.

Many people believe drinking distilled water over long period (longer than 1 week) will cause our body to leach our existing minerals out of our body. Many also argue this leaching effect is not true.

Why our body need minerals

Our body needs hundreds of different types of minerals to function optimally.  I am sure you know about most of them, I will name a few for example:  Sodium, Chloride, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Sulfur, Iron and Zinc.  Without these minerals your body will be sick!

How to add minerals back to distilled water

I researched and found this product:

You can buy it from Amazon for about $18.50

It contained concentrated minerals collected from natural minerals from the bottom of Salt Lake in Utah.

Technically it contains the following nutritional contents:

I add a few drops of ConcenTrace to my distilled water which I drink daily.

Of course you also have to eat well also.

For me ... distilled water has made me healthier. I used to have nasal congestion for about 2 years, I tried everything and nothing worked. My nasal congestion went away after drinking nothing but distilled water for 2 weeks.  I also feel I have more energy and able to focus better.
