Why you should drink distilled water!
I have been researching about which type of water is best to drink for 2 - 3 months. I started my research because I feel my health is deteriorating despite the fact that I eat normally and exercise regularly. I feel something is off, something is wrong and my body is telling me something is wrong.
I started to have 2 year long nasal congestions. Yes I kid you not, 2 Years! I tried everything including running saline water (netty pot) through my nose every night. It does not fix my problem! Surprisingly my problem went away after about 2 weeks of drinking nothing but distilled water.

I am a skeptic, I did not just take his word, I bought my own TDS meter and tested water I consumed (my tap water). My tap water does contain too much particles (bad inorganic particles).
Even after watching Andrew Norton's video I was not convinced, I bought gallons of distilled water from Kroger and just started to drink nothing but distilled water. Day after day I feel better and lose some weight naturally. It is quite a surprise.
